How do I get my photos and videos to you?
Put them in a Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer folder and paste the shareable link in the brief (set to 'anyone with the link can view'). That's all we need — no big uploads here.
Can you sync it to a specific song?
Yes — name your song in the brief and we'll cut to its beats. We deliver to licensed music; if it's a personal track we'll guide you on sharing it privately.
What length and quality?
Premium 4K in the tier you choose — a short reel, a ~2 min film, or a full cinematic edit. The longer tiers fit more of your story and more scenes.
How fast will it be ready?
Usually 1–4 days depending on the tier. Order a few days before the anniversary so there's room for a revision round.
